Tabulrr provides an online document processing suite that utilizes advanced AI architecture to extract tabular data, text, and structure from uploaded images and PDF documents. The Service includes various tiers of usage (Free, Pro, Max) which determine the volume of data and specific features available to you.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify Tabulrr immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You retain all your ownership rights in the documents and data you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Tabulrr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, infringes on third-party intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates any applicable laws.
Our subscription plans, including those marketed with "Unlimited" processing limits, are subject to a Fair Use Policy. This policy prevents abuse, systematic automated extraction via unauthorized bots, and account sharing. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or limit your access if your usage places an unreasonable burden on our processing infrastructure, significantly exceeding the typical usage of a standard human user.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable and there are no pro-rated refunds or credits for partially used periods.
While we strive for high availability, Tabulrr does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The extraction results provided by the Service rely on AI processing and computer vision; therefore, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of the extracted data. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the extracted data before relying on it for business, financial, or legal purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Tabulrr, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, this Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes to these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
