• Document Data: The files, images, PDFs, and text you upload for processing through our AI document extraction tools.
• Technical Data: Internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location.

3. How We Use Your Document Data

Your privacy and the confidentiality of your documents are our highest priority. The files you upload (Document Data) are used exclusively to provide the extraction, translation, and parsing services you request.

Crucially, we do not use your documents to train our foundational AI models. Your documents are processed via secure API integrations with advanced AI infrastructure providers. Once processing is complete, your documents are temporarily cached for your session and are permanently deleted from our servers shortly thereafter, unless you explicitly choose to save them within your account workspace.

4. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. We limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your data with trusted third parties who provide essential services, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, and AI processing infrastructure. All our third-party service providers are required to take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data in line with our policies. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Uploaded documents are deleted automatically and routinely from our temporary storage processing queues.
